Then the collected data in the patrol reader can be downloaded whenever you need (ever day/week/month ) as you demand .You can view all inspection information with guard tour system software. And you can also print report from it .

3. The whole guard tour system include :patrolman- patrol reader- check spot- staff ID card- PC-software. Then you can realize the efficient patrolling management.

How to use：

1)Take the Z-6500 guard tour patrol system, and scan your ID card to login as the current user.
2) Along the regulated patrol route; use the device to read the spot card by approaching to the spot card.
3)Then you can press left/right button to identify the abnormal or normal item and check relative data. Press ok button, system will save the data in the device.
4)You can download the data from the device with the RS232/USB cable. The patrol system software can deal with the data and display or print the result of the report.
